2025 Glacier NP- Hidden Lake Trail

The last time we were in Glacier we raced the setting sun on the Hidden Lake Overlook Trail. We highly recommend this hike at sunset. This time we had puppies to get back to so we did the hike with hopes that we would have clear skies to see the beautiful lake and mountains. We were not disappointed. This is considered a moderately easy hike. If you want to add an extra challenge, you can continue on from the overlook down to Hidden Lake. If you do manage to get to this hike in the evening, there is a good chance you will see the goats or sheep.
