Reed Bingham State Park

Old Florida Feel In South Georgia

Reed Bingham State Park was a wonderful respite on our way north out of Florida toward Atlanta. This park is located just 10 minutes off of highway 75 which makes it a super convenient stop. With old Spanish Moss trees, sandy spots and alligators, we felt like we were still in Florida! The sites are spacious with lots of room to spread out. There are several opportunities for nice hikes through the woods and along the river. We also took advantage of the lake to river and went kayaking seeing several alligators, turtles and birds.
