Pismo Coast Village RV Resort

This RV park is a unicorn amongst all of the parks where we have stayed. It is located right on Pismo Beach. They offer full hook up sites and we had no problem navigating the roads. We call this type of park a “parking lot RV park”.  Their business model was super interesting. They offer shares in the rv park which seems similar to a time share model except that there are no yearly dues. For your purchase you are entitled to 45 days of camping per year. They offer storage for your rv as well as a set up and take down package. This is a great business model for this area as we saw rv’s being hauled in and out daily and I believe that they keep 2000 RV’s in storage.

They also have a restaurant and a general store that seemed to keep busy. They offer activities throughout the week. This is a great stop at Pismo Beach.
