Mammoth Lakes

Mammoth Lakes, CA is a true four seasons resort town. In the winter Mammoth Lakes offers some fantastic skiing and as the snow melts, the spring, summer and fall bring biking, hiking, fishing and paddleboarding.

We stopped by and toured the town for one afternoon in late May. We were immediately awed at the sheer beauty of the eastern Sierra mountains and the snow formed lakes and raging rivers. Located just down the road from the eastern entrance to Yosemite, Mammoth Lakes is a fantastic vacation destination.
