Y’all, my RV kitchen currently smells AMAZING!

As a way to stay connected and have fun remotely with my (young adult) daughter, I bought us both the same cookbook, “Taste of Home 201 Recipes You’ll Make Forever” and we are taking turns choosing recipes to cook during the same week. (Thank you to my friends Jennifer Raymond and Abby Teasley for the idea!)

My daughter Kyra chose a chicken and kielbasa dish as our first #cookingwithKyra recipe. Once she makes the same dish on her end, we can chat about what we loved or what we might change in the recipe.

This recipe calls for chicken, turkey kielbasa, tomatoes, cannellini beans, bacon, garlic, onions and spices. I am calling this dish a home run!
